I trained as a director at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
As a filmmaker, my work has been nominated at The Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, 1.4 Awards, Creative Circles, The National Dance Awards, and eight times at the UK Music Video Awards. The B.F.I. acquired my Rolling Stones video for its archive, recognising it as a work of cultural significance.
I've directed three feature-length documentaries, including “A Message to You“, which chronicles the influential career of Terry Hall and The Specials and won Gold at The Telly Awards.
I co-founded the experimental theatre company Parrot {in the} Tank and created new works for the Institute of Contemporary Art, The Arts Theatre, The Roundhouse, and Prague Scenofest. I also served as the artist-in-residence at The Arts Depot in London.
As a musician, I recorded my debut folk album, 'Sonder,' at Paul Weller’s Black Barn Studio, releasing it under the pseudonym Vincent Sonder. My latest music project, the techno-electronic duo ‘Supermodel, ' is a collaboration with fellow director Emile Rafael. Our recent video was nominated for Best Video at the UKMVA, alongside Charlie XCX, Fred Again, and The Chemical Brothers.
